Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of walletissuer at walletissuer.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

walletissuer provides tools and APIs to design, issue, update, and revoke digital wallet passes for supported platforms (including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, subject to platform availability and your credentials). Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
  • You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content or passes;
  • Attempt to bypass quotas, security controls, or billing;
  • Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law;
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit (pass designs, images, member data you provide). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and share that content, including any personal data of end users.

5. Platform dependencies

Delivery to Apple, Google, and other wallet ecosystems depends on their APIs, policies, and certificates. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or rejection of passes by those platforms.

6. Plans and payment

Free and paid plans include monthly pass quotas described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law. Taxes may apply.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by walletissuer or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our IP.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLET ISSUER AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
